**Planning Obligations (Section 106) - Technical Officer (Ref No. PO106)**

**Salary: £32,053.00**

Would you like to play a key role in delivering community facilities, affordable housing, and other key infrastructure for our residents in the Borough of Broxbourne?

The post will be a mixture of office/site based activities where you have a requirement to check that facilities are delivered within the specification and on time.

This role requires minimum supervision and on occasions, you will be required to meet on behalf of the Council with developers and partner organisations. The post holder needs to be highly organised and cable of working under their own initiative. A current valid driving license is essential.
