**I am working with a reputable Maritime contractor to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join their office based in Teignmouth.**:
**You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day running of the Commercial Team. This includes, but is not limited to, administration of contractual documentation and correspondence, management of data, maintenance of cashflow, collating and communicating with debtors, preparation of reports, data entry and contractual archiving.**:
**Requirements**:

- ** **Confident user of Excel, MS Word and Excel**:

- ** **Proven experience in Office or Commercial Administration environment**:

- ** **Office Administration qualification is desirable**:

- ** **Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.**:

- ** **Attention to detail and accuracy.**:

- ** **Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.**:

- ** **A high degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment, coupled with integrity and enthusiasm in a potentially stressful environment.**:

- ** **Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.**:

- ** **Ability to cope with urgency, pressure of work, prioritising and to remain flexible within a rapidly changing environment**

**This is a full-time permanent role offering between £22,000-£24,000 depending on experience.**:
