Stonegate Farmers are currently seeking a Hygiene Opertive to join the Hygiene Department based within their Head Office in Lacock, Wiltshire.

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for providing guidance and training to the departmental hygiene operatives, ensuring all hygiene regulations and requirements are upheld.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out daily cleaning of machinery and factory areas
- Ensuring high standards of GMP are being met
- Adherence to COSHH regulations and safe handling of chemicals always.
- Adherence to Company hygiene rules and procedures

**Person Specification**:

- Have a good eye for detail
- Be Methodical
- Well Organised
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Team player
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Work Well Under Pressure

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Knowledge of hygiene within a production environment is essential for this role
- Previous experience within Food Production is desirable but not essential
- Level 2 or above Food Safety and HACCP is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Must be willing to undertake both food safety qualifications during probationary period. Employment confirmation is based on ability to pass these mandatory qualifications.

**Salary**: £13.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.25 per week
