The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is fifteen minutes from Fleet, Aldershot, Basingstoke and Farnham. (with employee bus from Fleet). With 133 bedrooms, large public areas and a beautiful Spa.

As a IT Tecnhician you will provided first line IT support. Your responsibilities will include communicating internally and externally about a wide variety of IT related matters providing a high level of IT support services to guests and staff. Primarily this will involve providing technical support to quickly resolved incidents relating to core workplace systems and hotel industry specific technology.

The purpose of the role is to provide first line support to all employees, providing a first port of call for all incidents relating to business software issues, ensuring issues are logged though the service desk with a view to resolving with 'first fix' or escalating internally where necessary. This is a hands-on technical role which will require a wide breadth of technical expertise.

We are looking for individuals who have good communication skills, have a passion for service, have strong interpersonal and team player skills and the highest level of integrity and transparency.
- IT Degree qualification is preferred.
- Network administration
- PC and network trouble shooting
- Backup systems configuration
- Network switch management
- Prioritisation of multiple requests and demands on a weekly, daily and hourly basis,
- Hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
