Are you the dynamic and friendly colleague we are looking for as our Administration Lead?
The Welsh Risk Pool is the indemnifier for Welsh Health Bodies and the role involves support the learning from claims & redress cases programme, reimbursement programme, periodical payments management programme and secretariat for a variety of improvement programmes.
The role requires a good understand of modern office software systems and an understanding of the claims and redress processes in NHS Wales.
As the Welsh Risk Pool Administration Lead, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the learning from events programme, reimbursement process and periodical payments programme. You will also be required to provide or oversee secretariat services for a number of improvement programmes and committee or board meetings.
We are seeking someone who has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, advanced IT skills with the ability to use their own initiative, work within tight deadlines and can demonstrate our core values:
