A great opportunity to join the Employee Benefits team within a fast growing financial services firm, providing administration support to the corporate financial planners and excellent customer service to clients..
What does the role involve?
You will be supporting the Corporate Financial Planner, striving to build and develop stronger relationships with clients, adding value, identfying clients additional needs to help support business growth
- Working with the Employee Benefits team, ensuring clients receive excellent service and communications, and tracking progress/updating systems on all updates
- Identify and relay where improvements could be made.
- Build on existing client relationships and identify additional upselling opportunities
- Act as an ongoing support to all Employee Benefits clients, financial planners and colleagues, offering progress updates and dealing with technical queries
- Actively manage existing schemes: Pensions, Health, Risk and Wellbeing and maintaining in line with FCA guidelines
- Implement new pension/HRW schemes and prepare client invitation packs, attend meetings and complete provider setup.
- Assist financial Planner with recommendation reports and workforce assessments
- Managing and maintaining updates on the CRM system

What is required from you?
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, in an administration role
- Previous experience working in Pensions or Employee Benefits and auto-enrolment schemes. (Ideally from a provider background)
- Have a good eye for detail and accuracy and be able to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
