An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established team as an International Recruitment Officer for a maternity cover position from August 2023. The role is currently a full-time temporary position with the possibility of a full-time permanent role at the end of the temporary contract. The role will play a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the business going forward. This is an exciting time to join the business and be part of a new aspect of the company.
- Shortlisting CV's
- Confirming documentation supplied as per specifications from the Home Office
- Booking Interviews with the potential to conduct these
- Welfare Checks once the employee is in the UK
- Chasing and obtaining references from abroad
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from both branch staff and applicants
- Seeing an applicant through to starting work and settling in once in the UK
**The successful applicant must**:
- Have strong administration skills
- Can work accurately with high attention to detail
- Can work under pressure and meet the demands of the department
- Be proficient in data entry
- Be able to prioritise and organise your workload
- Have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with team members and on their own
- Be self-motivated and passionate about the care sector
Salary will be dependent upon age and experience.
