Artifex Homes is a construction company based in Welwyn Garden City Hertfordshire. We specialise in domestic newbuilds, extensions, conversions and renovations.

We are looking for a general builder to join the team.

The applicant must
- Have good general knowledge of domestic construction
- General building experience is essential including but not limited to fitting steels, brickwork, demolition and foundations.
- Be able to drive and own transport
- Have own tools
- Be happy to work all over Hertfordshire
- Be able to work within a team
- Have good communication skills
- Must be registered with the CIS scheme

This is a self employed position.

Pay will depend on experience.

Pay: £170.00-£200.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
