**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - minimum £30,000 OTE in your first year**

**Who we are looking for?**

As a trainee, no previous recruitment experience is required, we will provide all the relevant training and development to ensure the right person is successful in the position. As long as you have the attitude and desire to succeed, we will give you all of the tools to develop your career and be successful.

**What does a Recruitment Executive do at Talented Recruitment?**
- Works as part of a close-knit team to provide an excellent full-cycle recruitment service.
- Develop personal skill sets and career progression, ultimately working towards becoming a fully-fledged 360-degree Recruitment Consultant

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
