**Marketing Specialist**

Envirovert Ltd are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist.

Our group consists of two active businesses: Envirovert; a brokerage and consultancy business and Smart Comply; a packaging compliance and WEEE compliance scheme.

We are a small dynamic team so you will have the opportunity to work at the heart of the business, paving the way for clients to comply with their environmental obligations for packaging and WEEE. Our client base consists of UK retailers and brands who are also passionate about reducing their environmental impact and doing the right thing whilst meeting their legal obligation under the Packaging Regulations - this is where we step in. We ease those burdens, ensuring compliance, providing expert guidance and support whilst encouraging the best environmental practices. The image of our businesses has a direct impact on our clients, our industry, as well as ourselves.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the management of social media channels ensuring content posted is factual, professional and social media guidelines are followed at all times. Create content for communications and publishing via outlets such as websites, socials and client newsletters. You will liaise with management to create and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns. All aspects of marketing and comms published must be consistently of a high quality and accuracy, in line company values and guidelines.

You will need to be keen to learn and gain an in depth understanding of our complex industry in order to best target new business leads and create clear channels of communication with clients and other stakeholders. You will directly target, generate and deal with new business leads obtained through your marketing campaigns before passing them over to the relevant tam member.

You will be a self-starter, able to work alone at times as well as working with the rest of the team, always ensuring the quality of service supplied remains high and consistent throughout the company.

**Requirements**:

- Desirable to have a high literacy ability, with A level or higher in English
- Excellent IT skills
- Organised
- Be productive, practical and innovative in your approach to creating content
- Ability to follow stringent procedures and compliance requirements
- High level of competence and attention to detail
- Genuine desire to provide essential services which will guarantee quality to our clients and ultimately contribute to the company’s success
- Desire to learn and keep on top of industry trends and updates which are often technical and detailed
- Confidence to explore and propose new methods and channels of publicising the business
- Ability to communicate well with a host of internal and external sources such as management, industry bodies, suppliers, clients, and potential new business leads
- Self-sufficient
- On occasion, be willing to travel to attend business meetings and events
- Right to work in the UK

**Package**:

- Located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire (hybrid working option between home and office is available)
- Permanent
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays), hybrid working structure, auto enrolment into company pension scheme, Monday - Friday with no shifts.
