**Manchester Staff** are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a very well-established business in South Manchester, close to Sale Metrolink Station.
A flexible and pro-active approach to work is essential for this role. The position would suit someone with excellent organisational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. The ability to take on board instruction and maintain excellent attention to detail is important.
Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
**Experience / Skillsets**
- Provide general administration assistance across the firm.
- scanning, photocopying, deed scheduling.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, archiving (in and out), dealing with office supplies.
- Producing and updating daily/weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist with operation of the telephone switchboard when required.
- Death & Divorce documentation.
- Pensions administration.
- Property administration.
