We are seeking proactive and flexible PA to provide all round support to the CEO. This is a diverse and varied role in a fast-paced environment which will include organising and arranging appointments, travel arrangements, managing contract administration, dealing with correspondence and support with business development.

You will have the freedom to make the role your own and will gain a wide variety of experience. Previous experience is preferred, but the right personality is essential for the role, someone who is looking to further their career and take on a new and exciting challenge with the skills and talent to succeed.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing diaries
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of the company
- Arrange internal and external meetings across different time zones
- Follow up on staff actions agreed at meetings
- Organise events, restaurant bookings and personal travel
- Take on a variety of personal projects
- Oversee the performance of multiple property businesses
- Assist with property transactions
- Assist with marketing activity
- Oversee bookkeeping and liaise with accountants

Personal specification:

- Excellent computer skills - MS Word/Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint
- Detail oriented, strong business sense and meticulous
- Efficient with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Superior organisation and prioritisation skills
- Positive and helpful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
