**Position: Breakfast Assistant**

**Department: Hospitality & Catering Department**

**Report to: Skyline Restaurant Manager**

**Salary: £12 per hour.**

**Hours: Zero hours contract. Shifts starting from 6am.**

**Location: Tynecastle Park Hotel, Edinburgh, EH11 2NL**

**Closing Date: 16th May 2024 - Close of play**

Heart of Midlothian Football Club is embarking on its boldest venture of recent times and has recently opened its doors to the Tynecastle Park Hotel. The hotel, located inside Tynecastle Park Stadium, will be the first of its kind in the UK, being solely owned and run by the football club. We therefore have an exciting opportunity for casual Breakfast Assistantsto join the Tynecastle Park Hotel team, working within our award-wining Skyline Restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure every guest dining in the Skyline Restaurant is welcomed with open arms, receiving service which exceeds expectations and aligns with the brand values.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery to guests.
- Always considering ways to improve, by reviewing customer feedback to encourage customers to return regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships throughout the Heart of Midlothian family.

**Essential Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience in the Hospitality industry (_Desirable_).
- Must be able to provide evidence of Legal Right to Work in the UK.
- Ambitious to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility with weekly working patterns.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Conscientious and committed to attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
