**Breakfast Team member**

We are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Team member to join our team at Market Street hotel in Edinburgh city centre. This position offers an immediate start.

You will be responsible for the seamless service expected of the hotels guests during the breakfast service.

As a key member of the Breakfast team your main duties will include:

- Preparing the Nor’ Loft for breakfast
- Giving a warm welcome to all our guests
- Explaining to guests how breakfast operates and taking their orders
- Replenishing the breakfast buffet, ensuring it is fully stocked and tidy
- Completing satisfaction checks
- Resolving any service issues
- Presenting bills to guests if not resident and taking payment
- Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before departing
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Assist the Breakfast Manager with the smooth running of this busy service.

Working 20 hours per week, from 7am - 11am, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

Being part of the breakfast team, you’ll be on the front line and strive to make lasting memories of our hotel guests during the “most important meal of the day”

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
