**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Consultant. This role involves working with warm leads over the phone, educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with warm leads via phone calls to understand their Solar needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar products and services.
- **Consultative Selling**:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solar solutions to the specific requirements of each customer.
- Provide expert advice on the financial and environmental benefits of transitioning to solar energy.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest solar energy technologies, industry trends, and government incentives.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
- **Quota Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
