Lochlie Construction Group are seeking an experienced B2B sales consultant to support our Business Development team in the growth of our Solar PV division. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and communicating with a target customer list to drive opportunities and sales for our PV team.

Duties include:

- Identify target groups and develop a key target list of potential commercial clients
- Contact potential clients to introduce them to Lochlie and our solar PV division
- Conduct visits and face to face meetings with potential clients to illustrate our offering and secure a commitment to action
- Drive conversation to understand client needs and problems, and position Lochlie as a solution
- Answer questions about the products and services that we offer
- Following up on internal and website leads.
- Liaise with clients throughout the entire sales and delivery process to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintaining client tracker with regular status updates
- Input to marketing planning
- Regular reporting to Business Development Manager and Managing Director

Person Specification
- Experienced in B2B sales - solar PV or energy related sales advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable using all methods of communication, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Conversant with MS Office, Teams and common IT packages
- Customer focussed
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Self-motivated to meet targets
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm

Location: Hillington, Glasgow

**Salary**: £24,500 + Commission

**Salary**: £24,500.00 per year
