We’re the Scottish SPCA. Scotland’s all animal emergency service. Rescue is the start of a journey through rehabilitation to release or rehoming. It means helping struggling owners. It means preventing emergency rescues through education. And it’s always relentless. Because the rescues never stop.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Scottish SPCA for a Regional Fundraising Lead (North) to join the Fundraising and Income Generation Department.

As a member of the Regional Fundraising team, the Regional Fundraising Lead will manage regional community fundraising across a specified geographical area within Scotland. You will maximise on local community and event opportunities as well as develop and maximise on volunteer networks, whilst building good relationships with Operations (and other) colleagues within your local area and organisation-wide. You will ensure excellent stewardship to local supporters, SMEs, DIY fundraisers and volunteers. You will network to build connections and offer fundraising guidance and education to colleagues within your region. You will act as the fundraising ‘expert’ for your region. You will support and report to the Regional Fundraising Manager and will work closely with other Regional Fundraising Leads.

At Scottish SPCA we have an unwavering commitment to rescuing and caring for animals in need and you must have an interest in and commitment to animal welfare to ensure that our fundraising and income generation strategic activities provide ongoing sustainable income in support of our essential services.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend work depending on the needs of the business.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
