Facilities Assistant

MAT Recruitment are delightfully offering the fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Permanent Estates Officer** to join our client's team.

Playing an important part in maintaining health and safety encompassing the client's premises, you will be the point person for ensuring their operations run smoothly. This may include overseeing the smooth running of the daily duties of the team of operatives, monitoring security and services, responding to emergency situations, as well as maintaining, testing and repairing equipment and buildings.

The role is customer focused and is key to ensuring that all estates and facilities services are available and fit for purpose at all times. As a member of the Estates Team, the Estates Officer is expected to always set and maintain high professional standards and support the academy leaders and the Estates Cluster Supervisor and the wider Estates Team in delivering both an outstanding service to our customers and the vision of the Trust.
