An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Supervisor to join our team. You will be based at our Shelley Road site, will manage the day to day running of the cleaning support services. Our Shelley Road and Kings Park sites are both out-patient sites running daily clinics, and this role is to oversee the cleaning team and responsibilities on both sites.

The position is for 30 hours per week - Monday - Friday 4pm - 10pm

The successful applicant will be knowledgeable in hospital cleaning processes and have an awareness and understanding of Infection Prevention Control.

You should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the expectations on a hospital cleaning service and ideally have experience in a similar Supervisor role.
- A clear understanding of the hospital cleaning service and the standards required, regarding infection control.
- Day to day Supervision of the domestic team
- Carrying out cleaning audits, rota planning, completion of staff timesheets and other office based work as requested via a computer system
- Supporting the team during periods of annual leave and sickness with a "hands on approach"
- Staff training and mentoring
- Contact with Trust staff in regard to any domestic cleaning issue
