**Job Description**:
The Digital Marketing Lead, as a member of the Management Team, will be expected to perform a variety of duties contributing to business development and growth.

The post holder will act and present themselves in a professional manner in the promotion of Home Instead throughout the community both as a service provider and an employer of choice.

This role will also promote a positive image of Home Instead, with those with the potential to refer clients or recommend us as an employer, through the digital route and other marketing activities.

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Company brand and raise awareness of Home Instead through digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Director and others within the Management Team, adhering to brand guidelines which focus on meeting on established goals, engagement, relationships, and awareness of Home Instead Luton & Central Bedfordshire
- Maximize use of all digital platforms to enhance awareness of Home Instead by planning and coordinating engaging content (campaigns, blogs, videos, graphics)
- Liaise with external consultants for social media and Google Analytics to monitor effectiveness and drive enquiries for both client acquisition and CARE Professional employment
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators to enhance our digital marketing presence. Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaign.
- Maintain accurate data and information to analyze content success and own performance. Use data and information to continually assess performance against strategic goals and recommend adjustments when needed
- Lead on the production of newsletters to varying audiences - gathering relevant materials, plan, write and organize quarterly newsletters and other written materials
- Support drafting of marketing materials for marketing events, promoting services delivered by the Company
- Achieve close working relationships with membership of Management Team to understand how to enhance our marketing strategy, create opportunities for content and remain brand compliant
- Identify opportunities for positive PR messages and support the preparation of these
- Liaise with Company’s PR agency to ensure PR content is brand compliant, accurate and distributed appropriately
- Record PR and events that take place each month
- Contribute to reports to relevant management meetings, and maintain records meet the requirements of CQC/regulatory bodies and Franchise standards to achieve compliance

- face contacts, report all safeguarding concerns promptly to Care Manager (Registered Manager/ Director as necessary) to ensure they are aware
- Take a proactive response to all mandatory training, professional development, and competence to maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence
- Participate actively in performance management.

**Criteria**
- Self-motivated, creative and ability to work independently and use initiative
- Effective interpersonal skills with excellent written verbal communication with the ability to use data and analytics to make informed business decisions
- Good understanding of marketing principles with experience of using a range of approaches using digital tools and platforms
