The Digital Marketing Planning Executive will work with the Senior DM Planning & Trading Manager to deliver media planning and performance management of digital marketing activity for some of the key sub-brands and growth areas under the TUI umbrella. Ensuringwe have the right plan to deliver our commercial goals, monitoring performance across a range of marketing channels to achieve KPIs and collaborate with key commercial stakeholders, marketing senior leadership and agencies.

The role will focus on the technical aspects of performance optimisation across a range of non-core and new products, investigating trends, day to day reporting and tracking, inputting into strategic discussions from the view of executing and deliveringkey projects.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

Marketing performance management
- Manage on-going performance optimisation for specific non-core, emerging and new product ranges to ensure digital activity delivers to business and marketing KPIs.
- Proactively investigate performance drivers across the business and share learnings regularly to better understand the detail of how performance can be optimised for specific products.
- Input into and deliver against agreed KPIs with Commercial stakeholders, collaborating with Analytics to ensure reporting infrastructures are utilised effectively with sophisticated attribution.
- Monitor and track competitor and wider industry activity on a regular basis.

Stakeholders & key relationships
- Maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the business, such as channel owners, Product, Brand, Finance, Commercial, Product, agencies etc. to ensure clear communication and reporting.
- Report back to stakeholders across the business on performance, market insights and actions taken across the digital marketing team to drive performance.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing channel owners and technical specialists to support the effective implementation and execution of all activity.

Planning
- Support on the short-term planning process for specific products, combining day to day performance insights, an understanding of the long-term planning process and input from stakeholders to create forecasts that respect the unique trading needs of differentproducts.
- Ensure that agreed insights from Econometrics modelling are integrated into the short-term planning process where applicable
- Report back to Finance and Trading teams on the evolution long and short-term plans.
- Input into the strategy driven by the Trading & Planning Lead and Senior Digital Marketing Manager to grow digital marketing capabilities across the product range and execute key projects across planning, implementation and analytics.

Team
- Support the Digital Marketing Apprentice in delivering against business growth targets and performance optimisation across a range of non-core products.
- Look for opportunities to develop alignment in capabilities, service and processes across the team.
- Support the Planning & Trading Lead in strategic projects across the team, department and function.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication skills with experience of collaborating with other teams in order to deliver against a shared goal
- Experience in liaising with external agencies
- Working knowledge of main digital marketing channels capabilities and limitations
- Competent in collating and interpreting mixed data sets
- Experience with budget management, planning and forecasting
- Commercially focused with experience in delivering against targets
- Extremely organised and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Understand the importance of putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do.
