The Director of Community Services provides strategic and operational leadership and management for all adult community services across Bedfordshire. The post holder ensures that effective management, performance and business processes are in place and builds and sustains exemplary relationships with all external stakeholders.
The postholder contributes to, and is responsible for, the implementation of the Trusts community health strategy with a particular focus on the delivery of integrated care through the implementation of various clinical and contractual models, taking account of local requirements within Bedfordshire Integrated Care System and the population. This senior leadership position is responsible for building a culture that facilitates high staff morale and excellent service user experience.
