At TNS SID, the construction division of one of East Anglia's premier agricultural machinery dealerships, we are on the lookout for a **Project Supervisor** to join our Specialist Installations Division in **Kennett**. This pivotal role supports our mission to design and deliver cutting-edge agricultural buildings and fixed equipment solutions. **What You Will Do**:

- You'll assist the Project Manager from start to finish on projects, ensuring smooth operations, quality outcomes, and adherence to timelines. This includes managing procurement processes, overseeing construction contracts, and ensuring projects transition seamlessly from order to handover.
- Oversee the preparation and management of health & safety documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, compliance with safety standards, and overall quality of work, implementing action plans as needed to address any issues.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with project progress. Coordinate logistics with contractors and suppliers, facilitating smooth operation and timely project execution.
- Employ project planning tools, such as Gantt charts, to meticulously organize and keep projects on schedule. Your role will involve active participation in team meetings, contributing valuable insights into project updates and progress.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, including the potential pathway to earn a Construction Management Qualification, highlighting our commitment to your growth and learning within the company.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Open to experienced professionals and newcomers alike, with a keen interest in construction, particularly within agriculture. Experience in health & safety is a plus.
- Degrees in Construction Management or related fields are beneficial but not mandatory. Practical experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Maximizer CRM, and Project Commander is advantageous, with training provided.
- Ability to manage procurement, contracts, and maintain health & safety standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated teamwork capability, supporting and enhancing a positive work environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in addressing project and business needs.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the drive to achieve project goals.
- Goal-oriented, adaptable, and a self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. We value individuals ready to contribute to a dynamic team and engage in a range of tasks, prioritizing customer and project needs.
