**We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Clerk to join our expanding team at our Head Office in Cardiff.**

**Summary**

Working within the head office. You will be tasked with assisting the director with the following support:
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
- Managing all client correspondence relating to accounts-based enquiries
- Dealing directly with the account providing operational support
- Calculating internal commission reports
- Compiling, analyzing and produce management information for the senior management teams
- Devising and maintaining office systems;
- Liaising with and dealing with our credit insurance partner managing / analyzing limits management
- Compiling and reconciling data for our finance partners
- Managing and communicated sensitive client related credit decisions
- Processing / maintaining and managing client Invoices via financial software packages
- Aged Debtors enquiries
- Client compliance
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information;
Other duties may include:

- Manipulating statistical data;
- Arranging both in-house and external events.

**Requirements**:

- High level of education either academic of professional
- Knowledge of accounts system
- Full working knowledge of all Microsoft Office
- Excellent administration abilities
- Polite telephone manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
