Reporting to the customer service supervisor, you will be supporting the team with the volume of order processing, orders, back stock, queries etc.

You will be accurate in data entry, have strong administration and customer service skills. Be able to work as part of a team and happy to be office based.

**Task List**
- Responding to a variety of queries including general information, warranty updates, pre-sale information, product information, spare parts enquiries, problems with products
- Occasional outbound calls required to follow up on queries from the website or other departments

Based on the Newton Aycliffe Industrial Estate - parking available. DL5 6UP

Monday to Thursday 830 - 4.45pm

Friday 8.30 - 4pm
