They are seeking a general Administration Assistant who can offer support across several aspects of this successful business. The role is entirely office based and is being offered on a full time, permanent basis.

This busy and varied administration role will be supporting a friendly, motivated, and loyal team who thoroughly enjoy working together.

If you are an efficient Administrator and are the type of person who enjoys a pivotal role supporting a small team - these are the skills that are required:

- A proven track record of working as an administrator within a small team
- An exquisite eye for detail
- High prioritisation and organisational skills
- A flexible ‘can do’ attitude to undertaking a range of admin support tasks

Duties and responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls with professionalism
- Assisting with the scheduling of works and resources
- Updating in-house CRM systems
- Meticulous proofing of documentation
- General administrative work
