Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Computerise information by inputting data into databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Handle clerical tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.
- Utilise Sage for basic invoice processing and issuing.
- Provide administrative support to contracts managements and director as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office Word, Excel and basic Sage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
