Great opportunity for an accomplished Chartered Financial Planner with leadership experience to join one of the fastest growing investment companies.

The successful individual will have a track record of delivering results as an individual advisor and through the successful management of a team of financial advisors. In this role, you will lead, coach and mentor a team of primarily Chartered advisors,managing their personal development and their workload making best use of their technical strengths and abilities. You will be responsible for managing relationships of key introducers to the business, assessing their requirements and allocating technicalresource from the team to support the client needs. You will lead from the front and where the clients needs are complex and technical, you will be expected to complete the requirements yourself whilst also developing the team in the more complex matters forfuture requirements.

The role encompasses being an adviser, a coach a mentor, a manager and a relationship manager.

You do not need a portfolio of clients, all client activity will be through pre-existing clients and introducers.

Compensation will be aligned to the market and the requirements of the role. With a salary in the region of six figures, there is also likely to be a bonus based on your personal results and another based on the performance of your team
