BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

**Salary**: pro rata £20,000 to £22,000
Hours: 25hrs per week (flexible)

Stellar Developments (UK) Ltd are a small construction and Quantity Surveying Company, and we are looking for someone who can add value to our current team. You will need to be an experienced, proactive and flexible person to manage our office day to day and provide a range of administration duties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**The role will include**:
Producing and paying invoices
Chasing debts
Maintaining client records
Basic book keeping using Xero accounting system
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Maintain stock and ordering supplies

**Skills and Qualities you will need to have**:
At least 3 years experience of working in an administrative role
Good organisation and time management skills
Sound in depth knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel
Good overall IT skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent customer care skills
Attention to detail and good numeracy skills
