Office Receptionist

**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and take customer payment
- Perform general clerical duties such as producing invoices, ordering parts and keeping customers informed from job start to finish
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage workshop diary
- Processing job cards with all relevant information needed
- Maintain garage supplies inventory and place orders as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous knowledge of the motor vehicle industry is preferred but not essential
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Flexibility to work occasion Saturday morning and fill in during holidays & sickness
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Smart appearance (company uniform supplied)
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
28 Days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
