We are looking for an enthusiastic Psychologist/Specialist Nurse / Clinical Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary, community adult eating disorder service in Oxford.

We are an 'up and coming' community team which values each profession and individual for their unique approach and contribution to service development and patient care. We have recently introduced the FREED (first episode rapid early intervention for eating disorders) model and continue to move towards the development of a life span service which requires close working with colleagues in Child and Adolescent services, Older Adults services and as well as other mental health and acute services across the Thames Valley region.

This role is to develop and lead on the implementation of the FREED (First episode rapid early intervention for eating disorders) framework in the ACED service, and to support the multidisciplinary team to establish the processes and embed the pathway within the service model. Part of this will be to collect and report on FREED data, and to liaise with the lead FREED team at South London and Maudsley. The post holder will have a positive attitude, be interested and ambitious in developing the role and have excellent clinical, administrative, and interpersonal skills. You will need experience of working within the field of community mental health and/or eating disorders.
