Reporting to the Administration Manager the duties will include (but are not restricted to) assisting in the delivery of the following:

- Preparing invoices to be processed onto our power 7 accounting system.
- Making sure invoices are coded correctly and processed in a timely manner
- Opening new purchase ledger supplier accounts
- Checking statements and requesting copy invoices from supplier
- Matching of invoices, Delivery notes and purchase order
- Management and dispersal of incoming and outgoing post.
- Any other relevant roles which the Group Head of Property and Administration Manager require to deliver the range of responsibilities covered by the Property Division.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11,000.00 per year
