Following a business transformation programme in 2021 my client has re-invented itself as a digitally-led business and is now seeking to expand its revenues and scope of influence through individual and multi-user institutional subscription sales.

The Role:
You will lead the business development with personal responsibility for all revenue generation for their digital services.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the identification, prioritisation & targeting of new customer sectors; together with creating the marketing and communications materials needed to attract, engage and convert new businessboth from individuals and more, critically from multi-user institutional customers.

You are likely to be a driven, enthusiastic, creative, target-beating individual with firsthand experience of marketing and commercialising online resources. We are looking for someone with insight, a logical data-driven approach whose energy and communicationskills will play a major role in shaping the business for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maximise revenue generation & live subscriber base
- Work with the Managing Director to grow sustainable digital subscription revenue
- Prioritise sector opportunities and devise sales strategy for each customer segment
- Manage sales cost base to optimise profitability
- Ability to create & deliver compelling sales presentations for potential partners

Key Tasks:

- Identification, prioritisation & targeting of key institutional subscriber audiences
- Creating, targeted corporate subscription sales campaigns to harness high-value multi-user corporate subscriptions
- Gaining a clear understanding of the main drivers for both consumer and business subscribers
- Devising marketing campaigns and tactics to maximise customer retention and lifetime value
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the online capability and identifying valuable business partnership for the use of our data.
- Create and implement a common reporting mechanism to measure the volume and value of all subscription audiences and the effectiveness of campaigns to drive sales.
- Engage with UK Government and Public Bodies to maximise adoptions and subscriptions of online services within the UK Public sector.
- Analyse pricing and bundled service packages to maximise revenues and audience
- Develop compelling marketing and communications campaigns to inform, attract, engage and secure new subscribers across all media platforms.

Software Skills:

- Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Working hours are 09:30 - 17:30 daily, Monday to Friday at the offices in Weybridge, Surrey. You may, however, be required to work outside of the set company hours in order to best complete a project on behalf of our customers.
