**Job Description**:
This role will support the European Procurement Directs Operations Team by conducting various administrative tasks that will help the team to meet the ongoing demands of the business. Tasks are mostly linked to the deployment of new purchasing strategies such as Invoice on Collection and Buy to Sell.

Key Responsibilities
- Download SAP reports and share with a network of 40 plus new pallet manufacturers in Europe.
- Extract report showing all POD’s (proof of delivery) and share with new pallet manufacturers
- Work in conjunction with Central Planning and Logistics Execution to ensure all POD’s are accounted for.
- To deliver and maintain reports to the internal business teams in a timely and accurate manner
- Chasing NPMs and ensuring that the stock visibility platform gets updated with the timber requirements for our Buy To Sell (B2S) program.
- Ensuring that any B2S orders do not remain in “validated” status for a period longer than 3 days.
- Downloading timber requirements from the SVP and ensure compliance for the NPMs that they order more timber for the production of a pallet PO.
- Overall responsibility for maintaining EU procurement shared mailboxes and TEAMS sites.
- Assisting Line Manager on B2S day to day activities when required.

Qualification / Experience
- Higher education (College / University)
- This is an entry level role with an opportunity to develop a career in procurement
- 1-2 years work experience preferably within a Procurement / Supply Chain environment
- Knowledge of SAP and reporting would be a distinct advantage
- Microsoft Office proficient with excellent Excel / Power Bi preferred
- Good communication skills
- SAP, Coupa, SRM or other purchasing systems knowledge required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
