**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a talented NEC (Northgate) Housing Management System Specialist to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our NEC (Northgate) housing management system to ensure seamless operations and enhance service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the NEC (Northgate) housing management system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and customise solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the effective use of the NEC (Northgate) system.
- Develop and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
