In this role, you will collaborate with other Product Owners, collectively working towards our mission of delivering top-notch products that set new benchmarks in the industry.

**About the Job**

As an integral part of our team, the Experienced Product Owner will assume a key role in shaping the trajectory of our product development. Working alongside other Product Owners, you will be responsible for translating business goals and user needs into actionable product features and enhancements.

Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, clinical and marketing, will be essential in driving the successful delivery of high-quality products that consistently exceed customer expectations.

**The role and your responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Experience working with external agile development teams
- Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, outlining user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Work closely with other Product Owners to collectively enhance the overall product strategy and align with organisational goals.
- Working on multiple projects
- Act as a liaison between development teams, quality assurance (QA) teams, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals.
- Drive the Agile development process, participate in Sprint planning, Backlog reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products, meeting both business and customer needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development and QA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

**Required experience**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working closely with QA teams to ensure product quality.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
- Advanced degree or certifications are a bonus.
