**The role**

**Let's talk about the day job**
- Spearhead our product discovery process, ensuring we're crafting the best possible solutions for our clients.
- Cultivate outstanding relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on product development.
- Maintain expert knowledge of your products, understanding their impact and strategic positioning in the market.
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap with precision, ensuring continuous product evolution.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely product updates, driving perpetual improvement.
- Harness a deep comprehension of product metrics and their real-world implications, advocating for impactful outcomes.
- Develop strategic plans for your products, balancing user and business needs to drive success.

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in an agency setting or demonstrable strong resilience and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
- A solid background in product roles or demonstrable experience with UX and business analysis if coming from a non-product background.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the go-to expert for your products.
- Expertise in managing product backlogs and roadmaps, with a keen sense of prioritisation and strategic planning.
- A strong foundation in Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage both clients and internal teams towards a shared vision.
