An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pay Services Operation Team, who are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll for over 35,000 employees across British Airways, BA Subsidiaries and other OpCo's

As a Payroll and Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the payroll team to accurately process the payroll.

You will be accountable for the data flows in and out of the payroll. You will be reconciling multiple third-party payments including for the HMRC and pension providers. You will also investigate any anomalies arising in the system. You will be working with highly sensitive data, adhering to GDPR and data protection, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance.

**About you**:

- Experience working within a high volume payroll department
- Statutory payroll knowledge
- Intermediate excel skills
