**Content Editor**:

As Content Editor at MV, you will plan, create and edit exciting, effective and brand enhancing content to support the strategic objectives and goals of our business, working alongside the creative team to seamlessly execute campaigns. You will initiate forward thinking content and produce credible editorial copy that reflect our values and brand personality across all channels. This exciting role is the guardian for the MV tone of voice, and alongside producing a range of your own editorial copy you will be accountable for ensuring this voice is consistently sub-edited through all product copy at volume, and at pace. You will be able to present compelling ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders and interpret the brand tone of voice intuitively alongside key commercial, product and values-based messaging. You will be someone who thrives in working to deadlines - both highly responsive and well organised. You will enjoy working as part of an agile, warm and collaborative team to deliver brilliant content. **ABOUT YOU...**
- You have excellent communication skills and a flair for writing in all forms
- You have proven writing experience in a relevant industry, and of sub-editing and managing a small team
- You have a great attention to detail and tone of voice - able to translate our Relaxed Glamour ethos effortlessly into words
- You have solid digital knowledge, including social media and SEO
- You have excellent organisation skills, and can plan and prioritise your time proactively to ensure you meet deadlines
- You work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment - able to anticipate challenges, responding and adapting effectively
- You have strong team-working and relationship management experience, able to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team

**ABOUT THE ROLE...**
- Planning all content for different channels, aligning content with our business goals and objectives, ensuring there is the optimal balance of product-based content vs branded content
- Turning our key product marketing messages into on-brand, compelling stories that play into our brand values and pillars
- Maintenance of all onsite content copy, including content boxes and drop downs, banners, landing pages, informational pages etc., checking regularly to ensure these are both brand-relevant and give the customer the best experience
- Building up the ‘Stories’ section of the website, creating compelling fashion story pages for customers to shop through a brand rich experience
- Being accountable for all copywriting and SEO - creation, proofreading and sub-editing high volume copy to the highest standard in our brand style and TOV
- Inputting into all print based briefs with the relevant copy
- Sense checking social copy for spelling and grammar
- Maintenance of the marketing content planner and cloud-based workflow management system to ensure an up-to-date view is always presented
