We are looking for an experienced Sales/Admin specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain e-commerce websites.
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce sites.
- Analyse website traffic and user behavior to identify areas of improvement.
- Optimize website content for search engine rankings.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Develop customer service policies and procedures for e-commerce sites.
- Manage customer relationships and inquiries.
- Packing & Dispatching goods
- Liaising with Suppliers for returned goods
- Offer basic level of Customer service to online customers

**Skills**:

Working independently
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Especially Excel)
Good Level of Communication Skills

Job type: Part-time
Hours: 32 Hours a week
