**Eco Administrator**
A&D Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Eco Administrator in our Installation department, based at our Head office in Swansea. A&D Carbon Solutions Ltd was established in the early 2000’s and has grown as a leading provider of the ECO 4 Grant Schemes, HUG. Joining our team means you will be a key member in expanding our business further. Are you ready to build on your administration and customer service experience?
**Your Role**
- Responsible for looking at the surveyor pack and photos and transferring information onto spreadsheets. Identifying installation issues which would not be feasible to carry out on the property. Notifying relevant funders and team members of issues.
- Ordering materials for installation such as air source pump heaters, storage heaters, IWI.
- Creating customer acceptance packs, ensuring all documentation has been signed and uploaded to funders portals.
- Identifying and liaising with installers, booking installation with installers and customers.
- Entering details of installation onto the spreadsheet and updating day to day changes.
- Chasing outstanding information from customers/ installers. For example photos, spreadsheets.
**Essential Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers
- Positive, friendly and approachable, can do attitude
- Able to learn on the job and have an inquisitive manner, to quickly understand the business processes
- The ability to work quickly yet efficiently, as part of a team or on your own.
- IT literate: experience with MS Office is required, experience of Google spreadsheets is desirable, although training will be given
- Accurate data entry skills, with a high level of attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,400.00-£24,000.00 per year
