Plant Administrator

We are recruiting for a Plant Administrator to join a construction company which specialises in Civil Engineering, Groundworks & RC Frames, they are looking for someone who has interest in the industry and is willing to learn and develop.

**Job Description**:
- Deal with all invoices relating to Plant in a timely manner
- Work within a team and offering support to colleagues
- To make sure all items are accompanied with the correct certification
- Assist & having knowledge of the asset list
- Produce and assist with reports
- Data inputting

Person Specification
- A knowledge of plant machinery
- Experience of working within the plant hire industry preferable
- Good knowledge of I.T - Microsoft packages, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Experience of using Inspire Software
- Ability to work using own initiative to meet deadlines and weekly targets.
- Experience within the construction industry (groundworks) is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication and verbal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Good sense of organisation

Salary
