As the Deputy Manager you will be responsible for leading, inspiring your team and putting the tools in place to ensure the services are safe, caring, effective and well-led. This is a great opportunity to develop your career, take on new responsibilities andbuild your management and leadership skills. You'll be leading and motivating a team of staff and using a unique, person-centred model to support the children, enabling them to lead enjoyable, fulfilling lives.
You will know that you need passion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect. You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel and work flexibly.
This is a full-time position with an excellent salary of £30,000 with exciting training, progression and career development.
