You will be involved in the coordinating of all aspects of the Hydrocephalus and CSF Dynamics Disorders service.

Main duties of the job

You will be a key link in communication between patients and the multidisciplinary team, and will be required to fulfil several administrative and organisational duties. These include planning and organisation of advanced CSF diagnostic procedures (such as infusion studies), scheduling of outpatient and pre-operative assessment clinics, and supporting the CSF service repositories and databases.

**Qualifications**:
Essential criteria

Good standard of general education, including GCSE standard or equivalent, at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Mathematics.
- Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience.Desirable criteria
- Educated to degree level or NVQ level 4 or equivalent.Experience

Essential criteria

Secretarial and /or administrative experience.

Prioritising, planning and organising own and others tasks.

Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.

Previous experience of working in NHS.
- Previous experience of working with medical records.Knowledge
