Are you looking for a new opportunity? Are you interested in Human Resources? Are you highly organised? We have an exciting opportunity to join our welcoming and dynamic HR Team within the Cambridge University Libraries as HR Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated and detail orientated to coordinate a busy HR Function which will support a complex organisation, which spans across 36 different sites with approx. 450+ staff. The role will provide you with exposure and development within HR, working closely with both the HR Adviser and HR Business Partner and supporting two HR & Recruitment Administrators.

The role will allow you to be creative, with opportunities for you to deliver and suggest improvements to our HR services which cover the whole employment life cycle from onboarding new starters to collating leavers data.

Key Responsibilities will be:

- Being the first point of contact for HR and Recruitment queries, directing them to the appropriate member of the team
- Coordinating the HR shared inboxes, organising and prioritising queries, supporting the HR & Recruitment Administrators to deliver a customer focused service
- Carry out general administration related to HR & Recruitment Processes
- Support both the HR Adviser and HR Business Partner producing data insights
