Role Overview:

As the Lead HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration activities of our People Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a people-centric advisory service that supports our change and project management activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead role in data integrity and becoming a subject matter expert in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data management.
  • Collaborating with the People team to develop best-in-class solutions and services that support our organization's bold goals.
  • Providing low-level HR advisory support, with a strong understanding of employee relations (ER) and HR legislations.
  • Serving as the go-to person for HR system inquiries and providing support and guidance to the team as needed.
  • Leading and coordinating administrative functions with the support of HR/L&D Administrator who will directly report into you.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or advisory roles, with a minimum of a couple of years in HR Admin/HR Advisor positions.
  • CIPD qualification
  • Demonstrated understanding of employee relations (ER) and HR legislations.
  • Confidence in handling HR systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and support team members as needed.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
