Purpose of the Role:
The Payroll Manager oversees the development and delivery of both weekly and salaried payroll activities, including all associated tasks.
Critical Success Factors:
Accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
Compliance with relevant laws, internal policies, and practices
Effective coordination with stakeholders and HR teams
Efficient management of the payroll team
Core Business Responsibilities:
Effectively process payroll transactions for approximately 1000 employees.
Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems, aiming for continuous improvement.
Oversee processing of payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and raises.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and practices, including liaising with auditors.
Qualifications/experience :
Certified Payroll Professional preferred
