Lettings Maintenance Coordinator

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic lettings maintenance coordinator to join our lettings team which is based in Blackburn, Lancashire.
You will predominantly be based in the lettings department.
Your role will include:
Experience dealing with maintenance tasks would be beneficial as we are looking for someone who will be expected to manage and co-ordinate maintenance as and when it arises, liaise with landlords and contractors on these matters.
You will play a pivotal role on a daily basis in ensuring the smooth operation of our managed property portfolio, so confidence with the tasks at hand is key.
As the role is diverse, fast paced and with a strong focus on information, to be successful in this role you must be highly organised, confident in manner, personable and approachable.
This is a part time position made up of 5 days.
For the role you must have:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be numerate, positive and resilient
Be confident with tech & IT literate.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
