Job Summary:
AGS Tech are a Market Leader in Life Safety & Security systems, predominately to the housing sector, covering systems such as:
- Fire Alarm
- Warden Call
- Access Control
- Door Entry
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Planned Maintenance Team.
We are looking for someone with the personality and drive to assist in coordinating our busy planned works engineering team at our Head Office in Blackburn.
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- planning preventative maintenance visits
- Liaising with Customers and Engineers to ensure customer service targets are fulfilled
- Dealing with new enquiries
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Data Entry
Key Skills required
- Computer Literate, experience of using excel, word and Office 365
- Must be able to work to strict deadlines
- Numerate and a possess a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time keeping
- Confident Telephone manner
- Well organised
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
