**Job Title**- Service Coordinator / Administrator
**ORGANISATION**
Catchpoint UK are an NSI/BAFE approved fire and security company providing installation and service to local and national customers.
**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**
The coordinator will be responsible for organising and administrating engineer's daily workload. Other tasks will include; ordering materials, booking in maintenance visits, updating schedules. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, field management and technicians.
**POSITION IN ORGANISATION**
Reports To: Service Administration Manager
**DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the service manager in organising a team of engineers to ensure high productivity and profitability.
- Data inputting and maintaining service management system.
- Liaise with service management to ensure customers service level agreements are achieved.
- Liaise between field technicians and warehouse to ensure vehicle stock levels are maintained.
- Dealing with customer queries/complaints and relaying information to the relevant manager.
- Liaise with customers to organise corrective and preventative maintenance visits considering geographical location.
- Organising and arranging follow up actions and schedule into daily workloads.
- Draft emergency rotas for approval from service management.
- Maintaining customers bespoke facilities management systems.
- Generate KPI statistics in line with NSI/NACOSS guidelines.
- Produce monthly and daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
- General office administration tasks.
The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Working with Microsoft office packages is essential.
- Working with previous service management/CRM systems is desirable however training will be provided on bespoke system.
- Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
- Customer liaison experience in any service industry is desirable, but not essential.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
